• Description: The Timothy G. Broome Water Treatment Plant (TGB WTP) 18 MGD Expansion project involves expanding the plant's capacity from 14 MGD to 18 MGD. Key construction components include upgrades and new installations at the Raw Water Pump Station, Transfer Pump Stations (No. 1 and No. 2), Claricone Systems (No. 11 and No. 12, with modifications to No. 10), Cluster Filter No. 5, Clearwell No. 4 and High Service Station, Residuals Handling Facilities, Chemical Storage Facilities, Electrical Service, Yard Piping, and a new Venturi Meter Building. The project also accounts for various allowances for HVAC, plumbing, heat trace and insulation, security systems, data drops, permits, signage, building cabinetry, process pipe supports, paint and coatings, and fire sprinklers.
