Paperless Billing (E-Bill)

Sign up for E-Billing at www.johnstonnc.gov/ebill

Sign Up for E-Bill! 

 
Visit the PROD Customer Portal (CP) at 
 
  1. Set up your profile. 
  2. You will be asked to add an account to your profile. 
  3. Add your account number and customer number from your bill.  You can set up multiple accounts. 
  4. Choose to receive an ebill.
