Johnston County Public Utilities completed a major software upgrade to improve our billing services. Unfortunately, our pay-by-phone system is still temporarily offline. While we are working to restore the system, customers can make payments online or in-person (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm). We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
