Financial Responsibility and Ownership Form
This form must be completed for all erosion control applications. Note that if the landowner and developer are different entities, a landowner letter of consent will be required.
Land Owner Consent Form
This form is required for all erosion control permits where the landowner and the developer are not the same entity.
Erosion Control Closeout Form
The Erosion Control Closeout form must be completed and submitted with the closeout request.

Stormwater Permit Application
The stormwater application must be completed and included with the initial submittal. All pages of the application must be completed.
401/404 Permit Certification Form
As a part of an agreement between the US Army Corps and Engineers and the County, the 401/404 Permitting Certification form must be completed for all new development.
Erosion Control Plan Preliminary Review Checklist
This checklist covers all of the items that must be included and/or addressed in the erosion control plan for new development.

Complete the Neuse Riparian Buffer Determination Request form to determine if the feature on a property is ubject to the Neuse Riaprian Buffer rules.

To comply with the State’s NCG01 permit, view the standard SWPPP sheets ( scroll down to “sample sheets”.) These sheets must be included with all erosion control plans.

Lot Level Erosion Control Plan Information
Individual lots that are less than one (1) acre but are part of a larger development are required to have coverage under the County's erosion control program.
