Request for Proposals Sewer Investigations

Requests for proposals will be received by the Owner, Johnston County, at the Johnston County    
Land Use Center at 309 E. Market Street in Smithfield, NC or electronically to Dalton Langston
at dalton.langston@johnstonnc.gov until 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 27, 2026, for a Sewer
Investigations Project.

  

Request for Qualifications Water System Hydraulic Modeling and Master Planning

Firms must submit three (3) hard copies or one electronic copy of their qualification statement. Qualification statements will be received by the Johnston County Department of Public Utilities, c/o Kim Rineer, PE, 309 E. Market Street, Smithfield, NC 27577 or via e-mail to kim.rineer@johnstonnc.gov, until 5:00 pm on September 17, 2026. A selection panel will review and evaluate the qualification statements and select a single consulting firm for this project.
