Office Closing at 2:00pm on Monday, June 30, 2025

On Monday, June 30, 2025, Johnston County Public Utilities will close our Customer Service Counter at 309 E. Market Street in Smithfield at 2:00 PM due to the business year closing.

 

We will not offer payment services to customers after 2:00 pm on June 30th.  All payment processing, including online billpay and automated phone billpay, will be suspended until Tuesday, July 1st at 8:00 am.  

 

Customers can use our after-hours Drop Box located on the exterior of the Land Use Center building to pay your water bill with a check payment only.
