Water and Sewer Plan Review Fees

$100.00 per utility per lot and/or

$0.00

Water and Sewer Plan Review Fees

$150.00 per utility per commercial acre

Community Well and Sewer Systems not immediately connected to County system

$60.00 per utility for each 25 lots in a subdivision (with no proration) and/or $60.00 per utility per acre of commercial development

Residential Stormwater

$1,500.00 for up to 10 acres of total site plus $170 per acre for each additional acre

Commercial Stormwater

$1,500.00 for up to 5 acres of total site plus $200 per acre for each additional acre

Lot Level Controls

$100.00

Erosion and Sediment Control

$450.00 for each disturbed acre up to 10 acres;
$225.00 for each additional acre

Erosion Control Per Residential Lot Plan (after lot recordation)

Residential lot plans are $100.00 per lot

Buffer Determination

$500.00 for 1 – 2 calls on the site, $125.00 for each additional call

Re-Inspection Fee (Applies when a re-inspection is required to address a NOV, project permit close-out or utilities final inspection)

$150.00 per Re-inspection

Sedimentation/Erosion Control Financial Responsibility and Ownership Transfer Requiring New Permit

$150.00 per Permit Transfer

Fire Hydrant Escrow Fee

$4,000.00 per hydrant
