About the Fee Schedules

All fees are adopted by the Johnston County Board of Commissioners every fiscal year, usually in June.   

The Active Fee Schedule shows the current fees.   The tables in the Active Fee Schedule show the date on which the latest adopted fee will be charged.   These table dates are the Active date, and are shown at the top of each table, and again in the table column headings. 

The currently active Plan Review Fees are shown on the Design Review Fee Schedule.

All fees shown in the Fees column on the individual website pages, and in the Design Review Fee Schedule and Active Fee Schedule, are the fees Active as of today.
