The Johnston County Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Meeting Room located in the Johnston County Courthouse at 207 E. Johnston Street, Smithfield, NC. The purpose of the meeting is discuss the Unified Development Ordinance. The meeting will be livestreamed through YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/jocogovnc. The Johnston County Board of Commissioners will meet in Regular Session on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room located in the Johnston County Courthouse at 207 E. Johnston Street, Smithfield, NC. Citizens that would like to address the Board for Public Comment but have concerns with physically attending the meeting may email those comments to the Clerk to the Board Dana Cuddington at dana.cuddington@johnstonnc.gov.
