Weather Conditions Prompt Cancellation of February 2 Board of Commissioners Meetings

Smithfield, N.C. - Due to inclement weather conditions, the February 2, 2026 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Johnston County Board of Commissioners meetings have been canceled.

Please note, all agenda items listed for these meetings, including the public hearings for Rezoning Case 25-12 and Case 25-13, that were scheduled to be heard have been moved to the February 16, 2026 6:00 p.m. meeting.

The next meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Johnston County Courthouse, 207 E. Johnston Street, Smithfield, N.C. 27577.
