This amendment is to create an additional requirement within the Subdivision Article

Section 14-226. Access and Circulation

• (8) All stubout streets shall be posted with a sign at least 24” x 36” in area but no greater than 36” x 48” with a minimum height of 3’ and a maximum height of 5’ stating the following: Road subject to future extension for additional lots.
