The voice response unit can answer your questions concerning:

• The last four payments disbursed to a client
• The last four payments posted to a NCP account and the allocation of those payments
• Balances ordered and owed on IV-D cases
• Appointments and hearings on IV-D cases
• The case status of IV-D cases
• You can request pay histories, payment coupons, and direct deposit authorization forms
• Telephone number and addresses for local child support offices and clerks of court
• Service representatives can also process your change of address
