Johnston County CMARC

 Row of children

Johnston County CMARC, Early Childhood Care Management, was previously known as CC4C.

Why CMARC is Awesome

    • It's free! We can work with any child from birth to age five regardless of income or whether the child has private insurance, Medicaid, or is uninsured.

    • All children under the age of five who are exposed to Adverse Childhood Events are eligible. These may include:
      • Domestic violence
      • Substance abuse
      • Abuse and neglect
      • Foster care

    • Head Start and Preschool evaluations. If your child qualifies, we can help with this.

    • Developmental and/or medical concerns. We can help provide education, link you to resources, and follow up with providers to help your child with:
      • Assessment for developmental delays such as speech, occupational, or physical
      • Prematurity/NICU
      • Autism
      • Behavioral concerns
      • Medical specialist referrals
