Every Section 8 participant is required to be available for a yearly inspection , less than 365 days from the last one the previous year ? ? You will receive a reminder letter at least a month in advance of your scheduled inspection If you will NOT be available at that time , call me immediately to reschedule DO NOT WAIT UNTIL the day before or day of If you try to reschedule at the last minute , I may be unable to fit you in again be - fore your inspection expires ? ? Remember , if you can’t be home for inspection , you must have someone age 18 or older to be there in place of yourself ROACH CONTROL ? ? Roaches can become a problem anywhere , no matter how clean you keep your home They are usually present somewhere even if you don’t see them Most all over - the - counter remedies just tem - porarily chase the roaches into crevices where you no longer see them but they will come back worse than before ? ? A cheap , natural 100 effective treatment for ridding your home of roaches is to use Diatomaceous Earth , which is a safe alternative for humans and animals This can be purchased at most hardware stores or possibly Walmart It’s also good for fleas and spiders , however it is messy to use Also , once it gets wet , it is no longer effective ? ? Roach Gel Bait is a gel you can squeeze out in small amounts wherever roaches hide , such as inside cabinets , underneath drawers , under mats and so forth ? ?
