adjacentlandownersMr Hudson asked if the existing easement goes all the way to the existing lot 1 to whichMr Morrison confirmedMr Joe Allen, 6117 B Applewhite Rd, Wendell, NC, a nearby property owner, spokeabout the private pond near the subject property and expressed concerns that the existingriparian buffer is maintainedChairman Letchworth asked Mr Allen about the existing riparian buffer around the pondMr Allen stated that the existing riparian buffer around the pond was 60 feet8Mr Morrison stated that the proposed 5 lots do not touch the pond that Mr Allen wasreferencing The existing lot 1
