easementMr Benson is not opposed to the subdivision, but wants to ensure continued access to hisproperty for farmingMr Caldwell asked for the location of the easementMr Benson replied that he uses the driveway of Mr Richard Norris to access the easementand his property The easement is on Emanuel TractChairman DeLaine asked for clarification regarding the parties involved with the easementagreementMr Benson replied in confirmation that the easement agreement had been with theprevious owner of Emanuel Tract and further shared concern about the easement not beingreflected on the
