the suitable soils areMr Brad Barnett, 149 Clipper Lane, has concerns with kids playing in the road andpeople walking in the subdivision with no speed bumps or speed limit signs He wishesthey had put an entrance on Brogden Rd and loop through Clipper instead of sendingeveryone through Clipper He has issues with stormwater and the electric service Heunderstands you cannot stop development but thinks there could be a better planMr Michael Worley, I 08 Quail Run, Smithfield, was the developer for Phase II Hestated that Phase 1 had 23 lots and Phase II had 23 lots 46 total He explained the accessand stated all the traffic should not be using Clipper Lane He added he is not against thesubdivision but things could be planned better12Mr Joseph Harrell, lives on lot 42 in Charlestown Phase II, stated that his lot backs up tothe new phase and has issues with drainage and the water that stands in the ditches duringrainstormsMr Massengill explained the stormwater planMs Holmes asked what
