Electrical ContractorCecil Hamilton, Electrical Contractor, met with the Board and posed questions as to the orderpassed at the last meeting of the Board requiring mobile home units to have plumbing and septic tankfacilities before the electrical inspector would issue final certificates Mr Hamilton expressed thefact that he did not feel that this system was at all fair to the electrical contractors and that theHealth Department was using the electrical contractors to help it do their jobAfter a lenghty discussion, Mr Hamilton agreed to work with the Health Department for a whilelonger and see if some of these misunderstandings could be worked out29 Payment 1970 AuditCommissioner Adam J Whitley, Jr moved that Daniel G Matthews, CPA, be paid 212000 forthe General County Audit for 1970, and 42000 for the audit of the Rural Fire DepartmentsThe motion was seconded by Commissioner Frank B Holding and was carried30 1970 -
