1 moratorium - 60 to 90 days onapproval for all mobile home parks; 2 require public water and sewer for allmobile home parks; 3 zone the county and set up mobile home park districtswhich limit areas in which mobile homes can be placed The County Attorneyparticipated in the discussion6 Mobile Home Parks - 90 Day MoratoriumCommissioner Frank B Holding moved to place a 90 day moratorium onthe approval and the issuance of permits for mobile home parks;
