Selma Centennial BookThe Board of County Commissioners was approached about buying an advertisement forthe County in the Selma Centennial BookChairman Johnson explained there were no funds set -up in the budget for such itemsNo action was taken11 Water and SewerLines to Holidav -InnWilliam S Ragsdale, Engineer, appeared before the Board and explained that he hadmade the survey ordered in Item 2, Page 480, as recorded in the Minute Book of the Board ofCounty Commissioners of a meeting May 1, 1967, in regards to an extension of water and sewerlines along the ACLRailroad from Sylvanialocation to a point near US Highway 70A, andpresented a figure representing the difference in the estimated cost of a sixteen 16 inchwater line and a fifteen 15 inch sewer line, as well as an eight 8 inch water lineand eight 8 inch sewer line, the figure being 31942830After a thorough discussion with Mr Ragsdale and Mr M B Wilson, who was present,the Board deferred any action12 Notice -
