Mental Health Clinic and that Federal Funds were available for a separatebuilding or possibly the clinic could become a unit in the building expansion program of the hospital,with the county contributing 15 of the costSubsequent to a discussion, Commissioner Holding moved that Mr Worley be authorized and directedto explore all avenues for the purpose of securing funds for this project, hisbrother-in-law Paul A Johnson was being treated by the Welfare Department,, complaining that hisbrother-in-law was in such a mental condition that he was no longer able to care for him, and that
