they now have approximately1,200 in the Rose Hooks BuildingThe board reviewed a lease proposal from M Durwood Stephenson for abuilding for this program; rentable square feet of 4,096; rental per month 2,40028,800 annually,located on a public paved street near Johnston Memorial Hospital on Bershire Road Therent for this building could be recovered by fees charged patientsThe board discussed several alternatives to leasing space for the Home HealthProgram; Commissioner Howard Benton asked about building an addition to the HealthDepartment; Chairman Denning responded; it is not financially feasible at this time;Commissioner Holding asked if there was - space at the hospital that could be used;Commissioner Cash responded; the space at the hospital is needed for skilled- nursingcenter and for doctors presently being recruitedThe board agreed there are people in need of the Home Health services andrecognized that private enterprises are trying to come into the county to provide theseservices The board was also advised there are 7 applications now pending for HomeHealth Services;
