andWHEREAS, the public health facilities in Johnston County serve thousands ofour citizens each year; andWHEREAS, public health assures a cleaner, safer, more wholesome environmentin which to live; andWHEREAS, healthful living is the major prevention of the financial burdensof disease and chronic illness;
