700 acre agriculture land;600 acre horticulture; and 250 acre woodlands; and 1 pound tobacco allotment assess-mentThe board discussed these proposed farm use values at length, and asked theTax Administrator to check and find out what the farm use values are in neighboringcounties There was concern about the 250 acre value on woodland The Tax Admin-istrator advised the average value on woodland in Johnston County is 250;
