North CarolinaDear Mr MasseyThis is to confirm our conversation this morning regarding the sinks at the Johnston CountyBoarding Home While these sinks have been repaired so as to be acceptable for a limited period of time,I,would strongly recommend replacement at this time while the sinks have some salvage valueBased on experience with this type of equipment, I would estimate the life expectancy of these-sinks not to exceed eightteen 18 months Once a galvanized pierce of equipment becomes pitted, deterioration developes much more rapidlyIn addition to the salvage value of the present equipment, no interruption would be experiencedat a later date for new installation If replaced with stainless steel, the life expectancy is almostunlimitedYours truly,Durward B
