and it appearing to the Board that the Archer Lodge Fire Department hascomplied with the provisions of resolution providing for the establishment of firedistricts in Johnston County, which was duly adopted by the Board of County Commiss-ioners on October 3, 1955; has met the minimum requirement for personnel and equip-ment required by said reslution, and is receiving financial assistance from theCounty, and the Archer Lodge Fire District having been fixed and established bymetes and bounds, and duly submitted to the County Board of Commissioners forapproval;Now, therefore, be it resolved that the boundaries of the Archer Lodge FireDistrict to be served by the Archer Lodge Fire Department be officially designatedand fixed as followsBoundariesBeginning at a point 1 on 1720 Highway 05 miles south of intersection of1700 and 1720; thence in a northerly direction to point 2 on Highway 1700, about05 mile east of intersection of 1700 and 1720; thence to a point 3 on Highway1720, about 05 mile o th of Intersection of 1700 and 1720; thence in a northerlydirection to a point ?4 on Highway 1741, about 04 mile south of intersection of1742 and 1741; excluding all property on roads, 1720, 1741 and 1748 between points3 and 4; thence in a northerly direction to a point 5 on 1742, about 04 milenortheast of intersection of 1741 and 1742;
