591Meeting of Board of Commissioners for the County of JohnstonMarch 13, 1962The Board of Commissioners of Johnston County reconvened in special sessionon Wednesday, March 13, 1962, at 7 30 P M, in the Auditors Office, with thefollowing members presentH M Johnson, Chairman, J DBailsy, R G Gurley and Frank B HoldingAbsent Floyd C Price, SrW H Britt, Auditor, was designated Acting Clerk in the absence of W GMassey, ClerkThe following business was transacted1 Agricultural BuildingThe Board discussed with Mr Harry K McGee, Architect and Mr William Ragsdale,Engineer, the possible relocation of the Agriculture Building on the County ownedlot at the corner of North and Eighth Streets, and also, the location of the build-ing on the County owned lot, plus an adjoining lot owned by Johnston County HoldingCompany, which the Board anticipates the purchase ofAs a result of this discussion, Mr McGee and Mr Ragsdale were directed to,as soon as possible on Wednesday morning, stake off the building, as outlined, onthe two lots, and the Board adjourned to inset at the lot at 400 on Wednesdayafternoon to observe the position as laid offOn motion made seconded and carried, it was moved that the meeting be recessedto meet on March 19, , 1962 at 1100 A M, in the Commissioners Room, for the purposeof sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review?4Chayr
