the developmentfund which the Commissioners had allocated to the library program, and its purpose,and who would supervise the expenditure of the fundsMrs Wright was informed that it was the idea of the Board to allocate thisfund presumably for future expansion and facilities, and that the fund would be spentby the Trustees of the library with the approval of the Board16 Electrical InspectorM W Knott, Electrical Inspector, informed the Board of the recent organizationof the Johnston County Electrical League, with 100 cooperation of the power compan-ies and splendid support by electrical
