verbal request of Woodrow Atkinsonand others relative to Road No 21306, The letter of Dr Donnie H Jones, Jr, of Princeton, to H M Johnson,Chairman, relative to the hard- surfacing of Road No 2371 was study and final approval8 RevaluationW H Britt, Auditor, reported that of the nine appraisal firms he had contact -, ed requesting bids for the revaluation of property in Johnston County that he hadreceived only three bids from Associated Surveys, Greensboro, N C, E T Wilkinsand Associates, Cleveland, Ohio, and Southern Appraisal Company, Greensboro, N CH M Johnson, Chairman, proceeded to open the bids, with the bids ranging inamounts from X87,750 to 0107,500 for the appraisal of the propertyAs the bids for the mapping varied from the proposals as listed on the bidsheet, it was deemed advisable to continue a further study of the proposal and toallow the Auditor to make further investigation of the companies presenting the bids9 County LibraryMrs Willye C Wright, acting Librarian,
