transacted1 After a discussion with Dr E 5 Grady relative to the budget and dutiespertaining to the Health Department, HJ Whitley, Forest Warden, and receipt of aletter from Lulu A Jolliff, Superintendent Welfare Department, it was ordered thatW H Britt, Auditor, be authorized and directed to make certain changes in theHealth, Welfare and Forest Warden Budgets without effecting any overall changes inthe budget as adopted on June 113 19592 Whereas, W H Britt, and Evander S Simpson, Superintendent Public Schools,submitted to the Board their estimated budgets for the fiscal year 1959 -60,Whereas, these estimated budgets were filed with Vd G Massey, Clerk of theBoard on June 11, 1959 and remained open for public inspection for a period oftwenty 20 days,Now therefore, on a motion made by R G Gurley, seconded by Frank B Holding,it was ordered that the general government, welfare, debt service, school budgetand special school district budgets of Johnston County- be
