20 on first 100 thousand found, 15on next 100 thousand, and 10 on all additional discoveriesCommissioner Cecil M Massengill voiced support, but recommended the CountyManager carefully monitor the audit to be sure this is handled correctly and thebusinesses are not adversely affectedFollowing further discussion, Commissioner James W Cash moved the Boardcontract with Dixon Odom Company to recalculate sales tax of the non-profit businessesin the County which receive sales tax refunds, and that this work be done on a contingencyfee basis as outlined aboveCommissioner Jerry F Wood seconded the motion, which carried by unanimousvote5 Closed Session -
