NCDVA-50 — Lifetime Hunting & Fishing License

For North Carolina Resident Disabled Veterans (50% or more) — NC Wildlife Resources Commission

This license is issued only to NC residents who are 50% or more disabled veterans as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and remains valid for life so long as the disability rating remains 50% or more. The Veterans Services Office will complete the NCDMVA certification page after verifying your records.
Two ways to submit this form

1. Online, through our office (recommended). Fill out the form below. A Veterans Services Officer verifies your records, completes the NCDMVA certification, and helps you file it.

2. On your own. Download the official application, bring it to a Veterans Service Officer for certification, then submit it with your payment to the NC Wildlife Resources Commission.

After certification, mail the completed application with your fee (payable to NCWRC) to: North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, 1707 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1700. Licenses may also be purchased online at gooutdoorsnorthcarolina.com.
