Corinth Holders Elementary School Pump Station and Force Main

• Description: This project involves the construction of new duplex grinder pump station facilities, site, and access road. It includes approximately 14,500 linear feet of 3-inch sewer force main, 950 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, and 300 linear feet of 4-inch to 6-inch service connection gravity sewer for an existing fire station. The project also entails several bore and jack installations with steel casing beneath NCDOT roadways, multiple horizontal directional drills beneath streams, and the removal of an existing green sand treatment facility from service, along with all associated appurtenances, service reconnections, abandonments, site work, erosion control, and traffic control. The work is located along Lake Wendell Road (SR 1716) to Applewhite Road (SR 1720), and along Applewhite Road within NCDOT right-of-way and easements to Corinth Holders High School entryway, across Applewhite Road, to the Northwestern end of Corinth Holders High School.
