NCDHHS will temporarily halt Full November 2025 SNAP (FNS) issuances to EBT cards this weekend

We are writing to inform you that NCDHHS will temporarily halt our plan to transmit full November 2025 SNAP (FNS) issuances to EBT cards this weekend because of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision issued late Friday night to temporarily halt the distribution of full SNAP benefits following a recent lower-court ruling.
